About Phone Calls to Our Office
Phone calls for appointments, routine calls, prescription refills or billing can be made between 8:30am - noon and 2:00 - 5pm Monday - Thursday, and between 8am - 4pm on Friday. Our Saturday phone nurse will take emergency calls only.

You can reach the Tempe office by calling 480-820-6657 and select option 5 or the Gilbert office by calling 480-505-4475 and select the option for the provider’s medical assistant you wish to reach.
Please note any calls left after 4:30 Monday -Thursday or 3:30 on Friday will not be returned until the following business day.
If you are a patient of contemporary care for women and are experiencing an emergency situation you can contact our on call service at 480-303-1180, when office phone are are not available.
If your phone call is regarding a refill request, please call your pharmacy and they will contact our office for a refill authorization. For all other calls, please speak slowly and clearly leaving the spelling of your first and last name, your DOB, the name of your provider and the reason for your call. It is very important you leave a current number and you are available to receive a call back. Please state your number slowly and clearly.

Our billing phone number is: 480-505-4258. Phone calls for billing can be made between 8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, and between 8am - 4pm on Friday.
