Cash Package Plan Available
We are pleased to offer a package plan for the patients who do not have insurance. Currently, we have a plan available for pregnancy.
•Our pregnancy package includes all obstetrical office visits, 2 ultrasounds; 1 for dates/viability and 1 for 20 week anatomy and the delivery for $2200.00.
(Your doctor’s charge included in this fee is separate from charges for the hospital, anesthesia, lab work, etc. You will receive separate bills for services provided outside of our office.)

Amber Scrivner
Our Nurse Practitioner, Amber Scrivner, has changed her schedule at Contemporary Care For Women. Amber will now be in our Tempe office on Mondays and Wednesdays, Thursday afternoons and all day on Fridays. She will be in the Gilbert office Tuesdays. You are welcome to see Amber at the office that is most convenient for you.
Well Women HealthCheck Program
Contemporary Care For Women is pleased to announce that we are now a participating provider for the Well Women HealthCheck Program. The Well Woman HealthCheck Program is a program to help assist women in getting their annual visit, pap smear and mammograms if they have no insurance, are underinsured, have insurance programs that don’t cover these screenings or have insurance with large deductibles. If you are interested in obtaining more information about the program, please call 1-888-257-8502 to see if you qualify. Essure Available In Office
Essure is a permanent birth control procedure that works with your body to create a natural barrier against pregnancy. This procedure is performed in our Tempe office for Gilbert and Tempe patients. Essure blocks the egg and the sperm from meeting, so conception never occurs. INFLUENZA VACCINATION IN PREGNANCY
Influenza vaccination is recommended by the CDC for ALL Pregnant Women regardless of the stage of pregnancy. Infections in pregnancy can last longer and be more severe. The vaccination is a killed virus which is totally safe in pregnancy.
We recommend that all pregnant patients be vaccinated this year. Low cost vaccination clinics are widely available throughout the valley. If there is any problem with obtaining the vaccination please let us know.
